  : We chose the “Superior” room which turned out to be the sole room on the 4th floor (staff helped bring our bags upstairs). Room 401 has a tiny private terrace and a daybed entry/sitting area (room 301 has a larger terrace). The entry has stunning circular blue Venetian glass windows. Being on the top floor we also had only one more flight of stairs to reach the rooftop terrace. Breakfast is at a restaurant around the corner (eggs, croissant, fruit, yogurt, coffee/tea, juice, water).Location behind Doge’s Palace makes it easy to find your way back no matter where you go in Venice.
  : The wifi router is closest to rooms 201 & 202. In room 401 (Superior) the wifi was very poor - we had to open the room door to get a signal and still it was not good. The hotel knows of this issue but hasn’t installed a 2nd router or additional internet service. Elsewhere in our travels there were routers on every floor.

  : Conveniently close to water taxi stations. Close to so many if the main attractions. Delicious breakfast located in the restaurant nearby. Very clean. Friendly staff.
  : The room is small BUT very clean and has all you need. Nothing terrible at all.

  : Fantastic location with super friendly staff! It's literally two minutes from San Marco, you can be the first to come / last to leave this magical place. People who work there are very friendly and happy to help.They serve breakfast in cafe nearby, it was great!

  : The hotel is located a few meters away from the iconic Piazza San Marco which is very convenient to move around or take the ferry. The rooms are quite small yet comfortable. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast are good!

  : Excellent room with small balcony. The bubble bath was a bonus. Nicely furnished with Venetian gold accents. Room was not big but as you are there to visit Venice this was not an issue. Biggest plus was the location. Just off St Marco square. The lovely breakfast was around the corner in a small alley, which allows you to experience the morning logistics for the local shops. Staff very accommodating.

  : The location is near San Marco (less than 2 minutes), the staff are extra friendly and kind, they do everything to make your stay a memorable one, their restaurant suggestions are very deliciousThey are really nice people, they make your stay enjoyable, and the breakfast is delicious and the seating is so cozyYou feel like you know the staff for long
  : The location was wrong in Google, but the reception walked us through the phone and was really helpful.The jacuzzi was dirty, and seemed as if it was never used.No elevator, and no ironing service, so bring your own
