: It was very central and had everything we needed including tea, some pastries this was fabulous after a delayed flight.
: Nothing apart from little difficult to get hot water, after one person had had shower figured out if turned the hot tap on in the kitchen this would get the hot water back on in the shower.

: The hostess, Camilla, was extremely nice. Really helpful and kind.Great location, close to everything. Very comfortable and with all the needed amenities. The sweet arrival and departure gifts were a very nice and personal touch. Letting us leave our luggage for a bit longer after check-out was really helpful. We would stay here again for sure!
: Nothing in particular, but note the following:-Wi-fi is weak, but it’s normal in Venice due to the construction quality.-Air-con is available in 2 rooms, but it’s managed centrally in the “kids” room (in case that’s relevant for some people, it was not a big issue for us).I would suggest to revise the address provided in booking as it did not match our location and it caused some problems with GPS.

: Great location. Warm welcome by Camilla and lots of helpful tips to make our stay in Venice as easy as possible. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Travelled with teenagers. WiFi was great!

: Camilla s hospitality was the best. Location of property is closer to all key Venetian landmarks. All with in 5to 10 mins walk
: Shower was the only thing especially after a hot day.
