  : Giovanna is very kind and helpful. This is a clean, comfortable, quiet place with your own living room and kitchenette, it’s like renting a small apartment. After 2 weeks in Italy in hotels, and suffering from spring allergies, it was heaven to have a sofa where I could lie down and relax. The location is excellent, close to the Zattere water stop, the Accademia bridge, train station, etc. And close to 2 excellent cicchetterias not to be missed: the Osteria al Squero is just steps away on the corner, and the Cantine gia Schiavi is just up the canal on Fondamenta Nani.
  : This is a private residence in a very old building in Venice, so there is not a lot of hot water. Shower fast!

  : Breakfast was very good - every day you can eat cheese, yogurt, buns, ham and fruits. This hotel has a nice, quiet location.
  : We found some ants in our bed.

  : This cosy apartment is within an original Venetian palazzo where locals live and is furnished thus. It provides a bedroom with small en suite shower and toilet and a separate seating area with television and dining table and chairs. The location is perfect, moments from Zattere vaporetto stop and the Accademia museum and bridge. Breakfast consists of ham, cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruit and a selection of sweet confectionary. Freshly brewed coffee is also available. The hostess is simpatica.

  : Location was very good without being in a very noisy area. Bedroom was separate from the kitchen. All areas including the bathroom were spacious enough for two people. Cozy but not crowded. Breakfast was satisfactory. The host came in and tidied up the place while we were gone as well.
  : The air conditioning unit was a bit awkward and loud. Part of the unit also took up the large window in the kitchen so we couldn't open it. There wasn't much of a view, but the natural light would have been nice. And the shower, it was difficult to balance the hot and cold and even when you did find a balance, it would suddenly go very hot or cold.

  : Great location in front of Zattere water bus station, very clean. Lovely host, very kind and welcoming, gave us good advice for dinner. Breakfast was generous.
  : The air conditioning was noisy and the room still hot. Slept with the window open, fortunately no mosquitoes since there was an anti-mosquito device in the room. However since it happened to be there exactly during one of the few heat waves, we didn’t see this as very negative.

  : Very small shower cabin. Cutlery was very poor, no forks, no scissor.

  : Great location, host was very helpful and communicated well, very spacious aparment with a comfortable bed, good breakfast, tea, coffee facilities and microwave useful.
  : Very small bathroom with a small shower, cleaner due in at 9.30 am which is too early when on holiday although the host was very good at allowing us longer in the room. No one there at required checkout time.
