: Detailed instruction on how to get to the property was provided early on. The apartment was stocked properly.
: I reserved 2 bedrooms. They gave me a bedroom + an attic converted into a bedroom. The attic had bugs no one could sleep there. I paid $60 cleaning fee and yet I had to take out the trash. They would charge additional if there is trash left in the apartment. I also had to clean the kitchen. $60 is a steep price to just wash the sheets a n.v d towel SC and sweep the floor.

: The location in the Arsenal region was perfect, close to attractions but away from the crowd. A good size space for a family of 4. The updated bathroom was very modern & clean.
: The advertised AC was located in the kitchen, far away from the bedroom. Even in the kitchen/living area, the AC on a hot summer day was ineffective, the entire apartment was still hot & humid. The apartment did have a musty smell that may have been compounded with the heat.

: The situation of the appartment
: A minus was that we needed to take care of garbage at our departure, make sure that kitchen was cleaned before departue (against 50€ of fee if it was not done). As we were leaving at 3am and with 2 small children, it was very inconvenient.

: Loved the terrace, the house in general was beautiful and comfortable.
: I loved the stairs but one of my colleagues really struggled as she fear heights. Maybe something to be told in advance that the stairs are see through. Also having to take the trash out is a bit of an inconvenience in a short trip so maybe the rules should be adapted to only longer stays. The wifi didn't work at all.
