  : They left a bottle of sparkling wine and some still water in our minifridge which was a really nice touch to our welcome.
  : Room was dirty and they charged us a fee for a maid cleaning service but nobody ever came to clean our room or change our towels. When we asked about this, they later explained that the fee was for a maid after our stay which is really odd that WE have to pay for this service.

  : The location was good, walking distance (15 min) from the centre which was great as it gave us the chance of seeing a more traditional part of VeniceThe staff was also good,Matteo was a nice guy
  : hope it sounds more like ”room for improvement” rather than criticism. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was extremely soft. The apartment had broken parts which were not fixed beforehand or during our stay (washing machine not working, bathroom door broken, etc)Also asked for additional towels and never received them

  : really nice, clean and comfy apartment, with AC, in quiet area very close to main Biennale attractions, the host, even if was late, was really friendly & professional & gave us a lot of useful tips
  : the host was late in giving us the keys and we were not able to reach him while waiting

  : The location of the apartment was great for visit of both Venice Biennale locations - Arsenale and Giardini. We met the company's representative Ionella at Via Garibaldi. She accompanied us to the apartment, provided very useful explanations and clarifications about apartment amenities, the area itself, restaurants, etc. A bottle of prosecco in the fridge as a compliment from the property was a lovely surprise :-)
  : Everything was in line with our expectations for the stay in Venice city

  : Very nice service, good location and with every basic necessities. Really near to a vaporetto station in biennial area, close to many restaurants in Via Garibaldi. Thank you Matteo!
  : The bed had a partially broken base that slipped the mattress inwards to the bottom.

  : The host, Matteo, was great. Very friendly and helpful.
  : Problems with the room: blind didn’t work which meant we were woken you early every morning by the sun, the shower leaked so the bathroom was flooded every time you had a shower and made it quite damp. The bathroom light was also broken so we had to use a torch in the night. It was ok for the short time we were there but we wouldn’t use again, sorry!
