  : Long wait to get the keys; you have to claim the keys at a different location unlike other hosts I dealt with (though yes it was disclosed that keys will be claimed from a diff location but didn’t expect it to be far from apartment and with long queu); CLEANLINESS was a real issue for us - the fact that their cleaning fees relative to others are higher; my impression for it being managed by a group is that it is more professionalized thus my expectation was higher in terms of process and cleanliness but it turned out the otherwise ; DEFECTIVE facilities like the shower doors ; no water coming out from toilet number 2. Owner attributed it to the water pressure - though we didn’t complain further but to us it should function as expected. Further , shower at toilet #1 is working ; defected bed frame ; floorings under bed were really dirty with thick dusts . Also clutters were easily seen in bedroom 1. Toilet bowl in bathroom 2 was with dark spots . I took pictures and reported this immediately to management few minutes upon entry to the property. Although they contacted me immediately and responded promptly but the cleaner got mad at me. I reported because they asked for my credit card for the security deposit. And because I got worried that the defects might be charged to us . I checked on their facilities. Lastly, the price is relatively higher than the other apartments we stayed while in Italy . So I got to compare the facilities and their process. Though the group of owners seem nice and responsive but I think they should fix and check well their facilities .
