  : We received very clear and easy instructions on picking up the keys as well as directions to the apartment. The location was excellent and right in the heart of Venice. There were lots of places to eat just steps away as well as easy walking to all the main sights. The apartment itself was very clean, furnished modern and just like in the photos. It was enough space for our family of 3. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. The heating was good and from one of the bedrooms, we had a lovely view over a canal and passing gondoliers. Everything was functional and easy to use plus there is good amount of storage if you were to stay for longer. There is a supermarket (coop) 15 mins walk away.
  : We came in autumn so kept the windows mostly closed. However this apartment might not be the best option in summer/spring for when you need to leave the windows open as there will be smells and sounds that come in as part of living centrally and directly above a restaurant in the city centre. Also for two nights, we couldn't sleep due to mosquitoes that came in when we did have the windows open. It is best to understand that most apartments in Venice are in old buildings so the ceilings and walls are thin so you will hear everything from above and around. If you aren't a fan of that then do further research before booking :) But this is a perfect autumn/winter stay. The WIFI was patchy and the cable TV didn't work as it wasn't even plugged in but we didn't watch TV so it was ok.

  : Fantastic location. Very comfortable apartment. Made you feel like a local rather than a tourist.
  : Couldn’t find the office to pick up the key and the unexpected 80 Euro cleaning charge. No satellite TV (box missing).

  : We didn't have breakfast. We had a very late check-in, 15-00.
  : Dirty water drips in a bathroom, we couldn't adjust a boiler to keep warm in rooms and in the bathroom. The apartment is not also easy to find, that's some kind of street quest.

  : LOCATION - LOCATION -LOCATION.It doesn't get much better.Close to the premier iconic views - but very quiet and private little courtyard. If you hear a singing gondolier...get to your window overlooking this busy little back canal and join in the fun. Wonderful.Kitchen is well equipped - and buy your MOKA ground coffee. Laundry in house.
  : Dark isolated entry and many stairs (uneven, smooth and slippery)Garbage and recycling disposal should be included. For travellers on an early or tight schedule - taking specific bags to the depot/bins BEFORE 8am at the waterfront is too much.I don't mind cleaning the apartment (+ cleaning fee ) but this is over the top.Close the back windows at 4pm - or absorb the restaurant smells from the kitchen/bath windows.

  : Good location, apartment was spacious.
  : Key collection part was really troublesome, I was there during the summer and I need walk under the heat to collect the key at their small office (near Santa Lucia train station) and then take water bus to the apartment which is about 40 mins ride. Quite a pain in the *** especially if u are traveling with family or have big luggages. Air conditioning only in the living room and is really dusty! During my stay the light in the bathroom was out, I called the maintenance but nothing was done. FYI I also had to take out the trash after the stay.

  : Location - is convenient to some of the major sightseeing spots.
  : A little thought in providing the basics would have gone a long way to make the stay pleasurable.Asking tourists - many would be visiting Venice for the 1st time, to travel to an offsite office to collect keys is absolutely not right.Bathroom - Lights were not functioning, No Bath Soap. Kitchen - Provision of a few non perishables like cooking oil, salt, pepper, chilies would have gone a long way to make the kitchen useful - spending pennies by the facility would have given good value to the customer.

  : The hob was next to the sink and we had problems with it short circuiting. The fridge had a broken shelf and the TV didn’t work. The front door key broke in the lock. No air conditioning in bedrooms
