  : The apartment is very large and we enjoyed our evenings in big "living room" when kids were finally in bed ;-) Three payment methods were possible. In kitchen we found everything we needed and insect-repellents were also useful.
  : I was nervous about our arrival, because I hadn´t become a proper information what to do (even when I asked in email). So we just came to the building, tried a door-bell and called the given number. In 10 minutes were someone there. So at the end everything good :-)

  : The wifi only works in the living room,a few of the lamps didn't have a light bulb.

  : The italian woman who met us was rude, and one bathroom didnt have hot water for bath.

  : Location was excellent. Apartment was spacious and bright.
  : The host was outright rude, disrespectful and threatening when asked about the dysfunctional ACs in two rooms. He said Venice being an ancient town, cannot support so many ACs running in parallel. We rented a three bedroom apartment where ACs in living room and one bedroom were disabled. The hob didn't work too. One family had to sleep without AC for 3 nights. When asked about why he didn't mention this at the time of booking, He replied that he cannot clarify many things while booking and threatened to bring in police and vacate us from the property. His argument was that at least some were working.WiFi was pathetic. Again, host took shelter under Venice being an old town and argued that wifi was good in livingroom. Attached is the picture of wifi strength right under the router. Finally all the kids had to hover around the staircase outside the apartment even where the signal strength was just average.Overall, the experience with the host clouded our impression of charming Venice and is an unacceptable attitude.

  : The location is great. The app is clean. The space is well organized, and comfortable for 7-8 people.
  : We couldn't find the street so I asked the host to come to the square that is only 100m from the app. At first he didn't want to come, and when he came he was very impolite and rude.The air conditioner in one of the rooms didn't work. The wi-fi didn't work in the most remote room.

  : We liked the size of the apartment. It was a very convenient location with nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment has no lift so it is a hike up to the second floor with luggage. The internet was very spotty and not reliable. But we had a great time there and would recommend it to others. - Gigsie WV
  : Didn't care for unreliable wifi. Clothes Dryer did not work.
