  : The hotel is OLD. Had a suffocating entrance and stairs. There was a strange odour in the entire hotel which is not very pleasant.Also, the reception has no card machine. Only CASH is accepted. The room is small and old, the bedsheets were not clean enough. And there had a STRONG ODOUR. We had to open the windows for 15 minuets to make it bearable. I think they spreyed something to keep insects/mosquitoes away. NOT RECOMMEND FOR COUPLES.

  : The location is very good. Safe and cozy. Not too fancy though but for the money we paid it was ok. Wifi is free. They accept pets. Overall ok, for a short stay.

  : Excellent location with cafes/restaurants at every corner and a 5 minutes walk from the grand canal, air conditioner in the private room #15 with private bathroom, room was clean. Check-in/out was simple and code entry at main door was convenient.
  : Shared kitchen, microwave and refrigerator were rather dirty and are in need of a detailed deep cleaning. Microwave had a spinning plate inside that didn't spin so it would burn at one side and not heat at all on the other. In pvt. room 15 the water pressure of the shower was low. Probably an issue in all old houses in Venice, but the stairs are very small and uncomfortable to climb. To reach room 15 you need to take 71 stairs. Also, we were 2 ppl so we used the single bed in the room for our clothes but it would have been nice to have had more than three hangers and a place to hang our clothing.

  : Double room was very very small. You can't even open the bathroom or wardrobe door fully as it bangs into the bed. The bathroom is tiny, nowhere to put your clothes. Sink in the room so small I could barely wash my teeth over it. Very basic accommodation. I was unable to reach the host on the phone number provided on booking.com. I almost booked another place as I thought they might not even have my reservation. The front desk staff was absent most of the time so I felt uncomfortable leaving the keys to my room there when I left so my colleague had to wait until I was back to enter the room.
  : Size of the room was ridiculously small for the price. Bathroom was tiny, nowhere to put clothes. Sink was super small.

  : People there were great and very helpful and nice, location was perfect, other travellers that I got to meet enriched my experience. Allow yourself to be swept into the Venitian adventure.
  : Bring an electric socket multi-plug if you have laptop, cameras, phone - there is only one electric socket in the room. But this is how old houses were build, so it is not unusual.
