: The apartment is located in a very nice area of Venice. The view out of the windows is great. There are awesome restaurants nearby.
: The check-in required a lot of communication in advance. The young man, who finally gave us access to the apartment, was friendly but not very welcoming. The day, we left, the cleaner already arrived at 9 am, although the check-out time, we had agreed on, was 10 am. Altogether a nice place to stay, but the landlord could be a bit more hospitable.

: Location was nice, big windows for good air flow through the apartment, situated in an area away from busy streets and noise. WiFi worked well.
: The bed and pillows were so hard and uncomfortable. We woke up stiff every morning. Advertised with two bathrooms and a kitchen, but upon arrival we were told one of the bathrooms didn’t work, and that we couldn’t cook food on the stove. Decor was dated, didn’t seem like a good value for the price we paid. We also had an extra fee we had to pay in cash upon arrival, not listed on booking.com site. Also the apartment did not have wine glasses a available for use.

: Good location. Comfortable enough beds.
: Charge per person added in real time. Either Booking.com or the property owner ought to FOREWARN there is an extra charge of 50 euros if three people instead of two stay at the flat. The way this was communicated was borderline extortion like and poorly managed.
