This could’ve definitely been communicated differently. overall we had the feeling they’ve had difficult guests before and therefore reprimanded and threatened with fees before one could even do sth wrong. Didn’t make us feel welcome.

  : there was no hot water in the shower for two nights, the owner fixed it once but it works for a few hours and then there was the same problem again. contact with the owner is terrible, we tried to make a complain on booking.com, but the owner’s respond was “there was hot water all the time”. I really don’t recommend this place because their attitude to guests is terrible. what is more the kitchen is poorly equipped. I’m very disappointed.

  : Kitchen should be better equipped. Dish soap, sponge, salt, coffee pot, place mats, maybe a bottle of water. These would make a big difference.

  : service was appalling. we got to the apartment on our first night - (self check in so no staff around) the apartment was NOT clean. our 1 year old toddler stepped on broken glass and completely ruined four vacation. to make matters worse when we contacted them to say what happened they didn’t have the decency to even respond. disgusting service. also they advertise for 5 people - 2 beds and a pull out couch. However, it’s ONE bed and 2 couches. they did not give enough sheets/pillow/towels for everyone and rooms were not made up so had to put sheets on the duvets and pillows at midnight when we got in to apartment after our delayed flight. There were also ants in the kitchen. I would urge anyone consider booking this place to find anywhere else. I’ve had cleaner rooms in a shared hostel. Disgusting. I have never written a bad review on accommodation before but could not let this slide.
