  : 1. The location of the apartment is close to the station with nice restaurants and cafes around.2. The room has an aircon.3. The kitchen seems to have everything you need. Tho we didn't use them as they have dust and looks not so clean.4. The bed is okay but definitely needs to be replaced (you wouldn't want to sleep there for more than 2 days).
  : 1. On the advertisement, it's not mentioned that the apartment is shared with other guests. Plus the photos are deceiving, in person the apartment is old.2. The check-in was terrible, it took us about an hour to enter our room as the key box has a different code. We are asked to use the master key until the next day, so we feel not so safe leaving our stuff in the room.3. The owner was shouting to us and act like it's our fault being stupid to not enter the room and did the same on the other guest who came later after us as they had the same problem.4. The apartment itself is old and not so comfortable to stay in, especially during summer. Even though the room has aircon, it's not enough. Not to mention the mosquitos..5. Shower is not so clean and has lots of mold.6. The kitchen stuff and fridge doesn't look clean.

  : The only good thing about this place is the location.
  : I stayed during the summer time and the ac didn't work, the room looked better in pictures, only one roll of toilet paper for a shared bathroom with another family of 6, the person who was supposed to be helpful through Whatsapp took some time to reply. This place really has to be your last option in Venice, super overpriced.

  : It was in a good location in the heart of Venice. Since it's on the main Island it's easily accessible and you save money on not needing any transportation from there to around Venice if you're willing to walk.
  : First of all, the property is NOT where it says it is on the map. It is not on the canal, but about 50m inland in a small alleyway. This would not have been a problem but I find it rather deceptive that it wasn't clearly communicated on here. Secondly, the place was extremly dusty, especially the top of the closets. It clearly had not been cleaned in a while. Furthermore, everything just felt really run down and old. Which, I know, is just how everything is in Venice, but definitely not for this price. The washing machine was also out of order, which was rather annoying since we wanted to use it. Finally, the air conditioning was a joke. It barely cooled down the room, was extremely loud, and the window had to stay open at all times to let the hose attached to it out. Why not get it installed properly? This just made mosquitos come in and bite us at night. All in all, not a horrible place, but not worth the price.

  : The property had many stuff were not working as the sockets, not light bulb in the kitchen, we had to put a lamp from the room, the shower did not have a support to put at the top you had to hold with you hand to have shower, the boiler had a leak, the room keys were hiden and it was very difficult to find them, the cooker was not working properly when I contacted the host for help, she didn't help us and her answers were sarcastic and dismissive, for other hand when we were leaving, the cleaner girl asked us take the bin bag, she said evey guest has to take their rubbish before leaving. None one of this stuff were informed when i made the booking or when i did the check in.
