  : The accommodation was in a quiet area in busy Venice. Place was nice and clean. Good to have a kitchenette and tea and coffee facilities.Assistance with directions was excellent and helpful.
  : You need a better hairdryer. We could not wash our hair because the dryer was not adequate to dry it. Important for women ☺️

  : Very nice apartment, fully kitted out, two storey with comfortable beds. We checked in at the nearby affiliated hotel, where Michaela was very helpful and we had option for luggage storage. Beautiful bathrooms and showers. Coffee pods and machine were a nice touch before starting your day.
  : Air conditioning unit in master bedroom was much needed given the heat, however it was extremely noisy (like trying to sleep with a washing machine going in the bedroom

  : This place is located on a beautiful quite canal of venice!! When we reached Venice, we were quite disappointed with the crowds!! We were overwhelmed with the crowded vaporetto and hot and humid climate!! We had to walk with our luggage and climb a few bridges with our luggage before we could reach our apartment. BUT we were pleasantly surprised when we reached our beautiful apartment!! It was on the quieter side of the canal with beautiful views and really good historical side of the venice. We could easily walk down to good restaurants, enjoy the historical side of the town and have great connectivity to the best parts of venice. LOVED the tastefully appointed luxurious apartment.
  : The worst part was the electronic key using the bluetooth app. Took multiple tries to open the door.

  : -No service, must call or travel to sister hotel-Would not consider these rooms “Luxurious”-WIFI was poor in upstairs room-Email was never responded to (2 day visit)

  : It was spacious and clean. Just a few minutes away from key locations and nice restaurants. We booked a single-bedroom apartment but ended up with a second bedroom. The apartment is fully equipped if you cook and dine at home.
  : It was a very dark apartment, looking to closed allay. No enough windows, considering room size and personally we tried to stay outside. There are may be one or two apartments in the building looking towards the channels that will be much lighter.

  : Responsive hosts, reply to all questions promptly. Good size bedrooms and dining area for 4 people. Clean place with all basics required, situated on what seemed to be quieter side of town but pretty easy walks to all places of interest. Easy transport via shared water taxi from airport. Very nice having 2 full washrooms.
  : Be mindful of low ceiling lighting n master (it’s like an attic), not really much of an issue. The Openow key access system used to open the doors was a bit of pain as it took multiple tries for the Bluetooth to work properly each time to open the doors and you have to make sure you have enough battery on your phone.
