  : Garden, location, water transport stop right next to place. Supervisor of the place was very helpful and great communication. Good location - far from noise, but still everything accessable in 5..10 min walk.
  : Bed in first floor bedroom needs to be changed. It is super uncomfortable and very very loud-just turning sides it screeches super noisy. First night was nightmare. I hoped to sofa from bed, in kitchen, also uncomfortable. Nights after that I used reconstructable chair and slept basically like on a floor. Upper floor bed was ok. Water stream was weird in shower, we never understood which direction is hot or cold since it changed warm after some time. But there are two shower and bathrooms, good quality, clean and new. Suggestion could be to add coffee capsule machine. They are cheap but useful. With a kettle its problematic to make good coffee. Despite the cons, I very recommend to stay there.

  : beautiful place with a lot of light. responsive and helpful owners. all the utilities we could ask for - without having us asking :)After all the tourists in Venus and wondering at narrow dark streets - to come to the light and the garden in the place - was a real rest for the soul.
  : the shower leaked… the spacious 2 floors at night become 1 room, with everything heared by everyone.

  : Location:The location was just perfect. It was super close to the water taxi and just waking distance from the restaurants and cafes in the area. Once you get to know the city by foot, it’s also convenient even to walk to the hotel by foot from the city.Space:I stayed there with my little dog and my sister. It was enough space for both of us and enough beddings for the entire stay (4 days). I took the bed upstairs and my sister prepared the couch bed, which was huge. My dog was super happy because he had enough space to run up and down and also their garden gives some green space to the dog, which is difficult to find in Venice. Cleanliness:Everything was super clean and shiny

  : Recently stayed as a family of 4 Mum, me sister and nephew Had a great time in Venice.We really wanted something out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas.This apprtment is great for that and only a 20 min walk from the train station and 25 min walk to most major tourist attractions. Lovely restaurants close by Positives - host is great with really good photos and videos so you could never get lost.- Location is 1 mins walk from a water bus stop- Only 30 mins walk from the port- Only 20 mins walk from the train station - Gardens and grounds are lovely - only one actual bed - Kitchen- Washing machine - Feels safe and secure- Luggage facility - Allowed us early check in - Also offers secure luggage store
  : - sofa beds are not good quality and deflated cushions are not good for any ones backs. The sofas themselves need replaced as these are no good to sleep on. - Only one plug in the kitchen for over 6 appliances (almost impossible to make a simple breakfast as could only have one item plugged in at a time - Creaky floorboards upstairs

  : We enjoyed a great comfort with our kid. The place was perfect and everything needed was provided. This is a great place to enjoy home, garden, silence and very convenient boat rides.

  : Location was.excellent..A.few.steps.to.walk from.the Vaporetta.
  : The women in the apartment next.door were.incredibly loud, which meant.our sleep.was.disturbed. However, I rather suspect it.was.an acoustic issue, as there was.only a.glass.door.separating us, and.all.noises, soft.and.loud would.have been audible. We.contacted.the owner who dealt with the issue

  : Great location, water bus stop literally is on doorstep. A little bit away from main attractions but nice and quiet. Kids loved it! Self check-in was very convenient. Great communication from the host, lots of helpful information provided.
