  : absolutely excellent location, very close to every important place in Venice. 5min to water tram to Burano, 8min to Rialto Bridge, 15min to St. Marco Square. 20 min by foot to the train station. Silent and peacefull place. Fresh fruit and vegetables available in front of the house, market Coop and cafe and restaurants within less than 1min walk. Samuel is really very friendly and helpful man. He gave us the key personally 10min after we called him. We arrived in the morning and we could leave our luggages in the appartament, then check in 3hours later ( the same at the check out - we really appraciate this ).The apartament was clean and nice. there were available all the staff you need - dish washer in the kitchen, fridge, freezer, toast maker, coffe machine, oven, sugar, salt etc. There were 2 clean bathrooms ( hot and cold water with really good preasure), hair dryer, washing machine, towels, soap itc. The apartament has got 2 air conditions- one in the saloon and the other one in the bedroom. ( another bedroom has got a bathroom, but no air condition), tv-set with soudoku game. Every item mentioned above worked really well. All the pictures you can see in the offer are real. The apartament is located on the first floor. I can highly recomend this apartament. I will choose this one during my next visit to Venice. For me it wasn't a problem to have the apartamemt with no wi-fi, but It would be nice to have wi-fi there in future.Samuel thank you for everythingbest regards Malgorzata with family ( 6 persons all together ).
