  : I liked the location, a bit off the beaten path and close to many shops behind the arsenale museum. The wifi was good. We were super thankful to have a refrigerator and a washer machine. There were plenty of hangers and a drying rack so perfect for a family that is traveling.
  : The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms did not work. We put our kids in the bedroom that had the good ac and that was the furthest away from entry for safety purposes and my husband and I had to sleep on the pullout couch in the living room/kitchen because the other bedroom was unusable in our opinion. It was so hot. Like others have said the caulking in the shower needs to be redone because of mold.

  : Great location, really good handover with the keys would stay there again .
  : The location was great the facilities were good the shower room just needed a good clean because there was no window in the room the steam caused some mouldy areas in the shower but apart from that everything was great and we would stay there again.

  : The location is perfect. Very nice and cozy apartment. The staff was really nice, he was texting me all the time and helping to find the place, also very concerned about at what time we will arrive and if we need something. We were 1 hour late and he was waiting for us (sorry for that Alessandro).
  : The unique thing was that the wifi wasn’t working. He explained that the previous guests broke it and he will fix it, but it wasn’t fix durring our stay :(

  : Perfect location to visit the Biennale and close to Venice city centre and next to Arsenale boat stop. Very quiet in a dead end street. Beds were ok and plenty of towels. The apartment was very clean (except for the shower cabin, see below) with even a dish washer and washing machine. The sofa bed was large and a very good size for 2 tall people.
  : The shower walls contained quite a lot of mold. That is not healthy. WiFi and the heating did not function. We gave that as a comment to the rental company when we left. The entrance on the ground floor was a bit poor, with ill-kept walls that were breaking down and a broken handrail on the stairs. In the apartment itself it would be easy to add some convenient items such as a coat rack and hangers to hang wet towels. The apartment is said to be fit for 6 people but with 6 it is quite crampy. For 4 it would be excellent. That said, we knew the size in advance and took the risk, all in all price / quality is quite good.

  : The host didn't know the password for the internet. When we arrived he asked for an extra 30 euro for late check in!

  : Actually I had a bad experience. First when I reach to the property there was no one there. I came from Zurich on Bus with my family (two young kids) and we all were too tired. I kept calling the number given on the app but there was no response. I waited there for 40 minutes and finally someone picked up the number and opened the door remotely. One of the Acs was not throwing cool air I asked the contact person and he told me to turn off and on the main switch and it will work; I tried many times and told him the same but he kept of telling me that this is the only way to fix it. And it didn’t get fixed and kept on giving warm air.While we were there I called the contact person and asked him if we should use the washing machine as it looks stuck. He told me that there was a problem from the last customer and they got it fixed. While I was inserting my clothes for washing I found some last customers clothes in the machines as well that I put out of the machine and told him. The machine got stuck and I kept on asking him to help us and he kept on telling me that he is trying his best to get the technician.Then after two days of continuous followup our clothes were out. few were damaged. we had to take wet clothes in our suitcases. very bad and pathetic experience.
