  : The guy who greeted us and saw us a few times was so so lovely! He made sure our air-con was working for us, he showed us all the rooms we had the options to stay in for, he opened the laundromat late for us to dry our clothes when we got soaked through in the torrential rain, and he was lovely every time we saw him! The other staff members were nice but we didn't speak to them as much. The room was a nice size and the bathrooms were nice too. There's also a cat that lives here, and they keep to themselves for anyone worrying. It doesn't beg or come in your room or follow you, and is rather timid. It is very sweet though! The kitchen is also great and very handy. There is a lift if you need it which makes it a lot more accessible.
  : There was a small leak in the window of the room we stayed in. We did report it and although the excess water was cleaned there was still a slight leak after.The double bed was made up of 2 single mattresses which did mean they split apart in the night, and I ended up sleeping on the frame by accident.

  : I loved the fact that it's really accessible In other words,It's close to a very nice restaurant,also to the road for easy access to the bus stop , moreso, not really far from the central station of Venice, above all , the receptionist and the bar tender were very kind to us .
  : 1) BATHROOM: I do not like the fact that the bathroom is separated from the room .It's kind of an awkward architettura idea I know it's an idea to manage space also cutting down expenses and the stress of cleaning too many toilets.But come on guys....this is an hotel not an hostel or a brothel .you must strive for the absolute comfort of your client at every cost because they are the reason for your business. 2) CAT : Not everyone is a fan of cat to be honest with you, I wasn't so comfortable with it . I couldn't seat at the bar for too long because it kept passing under my table rubbing itself on me,I had to chase it away.3) AIR CONDITIONER: The air conditioner only blows the fan so for that I couldn't feel the change of temperature in the room I think you need to check it out.
