  : The apartment was very clean and in a good area with a wine bar and bakery next door. A small supermarket was a few metres away.
  : There were too few clothes hangers, no tea towels and the air conditioner in the kitchen did not work. Only one of the two bedrooms had an air conditioner. There was a bad smell of sewage in the main bedroom. We did report these problems to the operators and were told someone would call round the next morning. No body turned up.

  : Location is ok. Apartment is spacious enough.
  : No working air conditioning. The en-suite smelled horrendous, like blocked drains. There was squashed bugs on several walls. It looked grubby and definitely needed a refurbishment. We moved to a hotel after one night due to the aforementioned issues.

  : A number of apartments shared a main door... if locked from Inside or outside by key, could not then be opened (we were locked in & had to be “rescued” by maintenance... very dangerous in an emergency).Air con in kitchen didn’t work. Ensuite couldn’t be used due to constant smell of sewage

  : The property was well located for us, it was an easy walk to the Rialto and Piazza San Marco, there was a water bus stop nearby that provided easy access to the train station, Murano, Burano, and Toricello. There was a grocery store close by and we found two restaurants we liked very much within a block of the apartment.
  : The only issue that we had was that there wasn't an air conditioner in the second bedroom so my son slept on the pullout sofa in the living room, which was very comfortable, but the air conditioner in the living room kept shutting off after a couple of hours and having to be reset by maintenance which was only available until 5pm.

  : It was very clean, quite modern and the staff was extremely helpful and very polite.
  : Unfortunately there was a problem with the air conditioning while on the property, despite of this everything else was perfect.

  : It’s within walking distance of everything. Great people handling our stay; very nice.
  : The air conditioner leaked. It was in a tight alleyway.

  : Location was nice. Out of the main hustle of Venice but still in an area with stuff to see.
  : Apartment was not very clean and very warn. We did not have enough towels for guests and the couch in the living area was broken. Many areas were dirty when we arrived. Disappointing for the price you pay.
