  : The flat is located in a very quiet little street. In the 1st floor, you find 3 bedrooms for 2 people each. A very nice big citchen, nice area to sit and relax. The style of the flat is modern. 2 air conditions cool down the entire flat. The service by Max, the guy from the agency, was perfect. We got the keys at the location/flat. 25€ for this service absolutely make sense. The flat is 5 minutes away from Fondamente Nove. You arrive there via Alilaguna from the airport. As well you can take the boot from there to Murano/Burano. A nice bakery is 2 minutes away. Coop shop 10 minutes away. Rialto Bridge or Markus place is 10 minutes away. For cooking you find everything in the kitchen. Very well equipped! Windows protected against mosquitoes ( but partly defect).
  : The bathroom and toilet is in the same room (see picture). You enter bathroom first and then the toilet. This is not ideal, taking a shower blocks the toilet. Requires a good time management if you stay with 6 people there. The terrace is less than 2 sqm, ugly and heated up by the outside aircondition. This should not be promoted as a terasse to avoid disappointment. Same for the view outside of all windows. No exciting view, only next house wall in 3 meter distance. But thats all not a problem if you love the beautiful town Venice!!!
