  : Since we were a group of five, 2 guests went to pick up keys at office near train station since they arrived earlier in the day and other 3 took waterbus transport from airport to Madonna dell' Orto stop later which is very close to property on the Cannaregio. This was convenient for us, but if you have to drag luggage from key pick up to property, especially in the heat and humidity at the time it's not easy. I liked that this property was very quiet and far away from the chaos of tourists, away from the junk shops, and crappy restaurants.
  : The upstairs bathroom sink had a serious drainage problem and water would just gather and sit in the sink basin for a long time. It was kind of gross. They were rather stingy with the toilet paper! There were only 2 small rolls in both bathrooms for 5 people to share and no Kleenex was provided for blowing noses. The garbage system was rather complicated. You must separate the trash and recyclables (which is not a problem for us), but then you are supposed to put it out on the canal way at a specific time and day and we missed this step.
