  : Location. Rialto bridge down town. Spacious. Clean.Stuff was very useful and friendly.
  : Stairs. Beds in upper level could be more comfortable.

  : A really big apartment, but a small kitchen (it smelled like someone had smoked a cigarette there). From the 2nd floor window you can see the canal and the roof tops. 2 minutes from the Rialto Bridge! Double bed and single beds were good. Communication with office via phone was nice and welcoming, and in english! Outside blinds for windows.
  : When we arrived we were asked to pay all the money and we waited at the door for it to open automatically but it didn't go so smoothly. A real person is better. (Or maybe we could do it sooner while taking the train, because the kids were already very tired, but we couldn't get in). The double bed and single bed mattresses were good, but the sofa was broken: part for legs were higher than the head part and with bumps between them. The stairs to the 2nd floor were steep without rails. Windows cannot be opened in safe mode for ventilation. The clothes came out smelly from the washing machine and there is nowhere to hang them. Only one light worked in the WC. No bowls and big coffee mugs.
