  : The location is great. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped including a washer AND a dryer. I would absolutely stay there again.
  : So everyone knows, the building number is not 1831, it is 1813. I have notified the owners of this via booking.com but just wanted to note it here in case it is not updated in a timely manner. There is a noticable smell in the hallway / stairway going up to the apartment (which i am 100% sure they have no control over). However, the smell does not come into the apparent at all. It is a lovely place.

  : I very disappointed to write this email and share my very unpleasant experience with the recent booking (booking no : ) that I did for my Venice holiday. Below mentioned are the key points I would like to raise :-1. After the booking was done, I spoke to the apartment contact via WhatsApp and shared the details of my flight. The host mentioned the route I should take which I agreed. She also asked me to pay €50 as a late check in fees as per thier booking.com page which I couldn’t see when I booked my stay. When I reached Venice, my flight was delayed and also there was a delay in getting immigration done which I communicated to the host. The apartment host kept calling me and offering a private taxi which i refused as it was too expensive. The reason she kept pushing me for the private taxi as she would have got commission for it. Since I refused the taxi and arrived at my own taxi, the lady got very annoyed over the phone and also when I met her. Her annoyance reached to a point where she started asking me for more money €100 to get inside the apartment. It was 2 am in the night and I had nowhere to go therefore I had to given in to her tactics. This is very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour of hers. I mentioned to her that even though I didint see €50 charge on my booking but I can pay you because of late Check-in. But asking me for more money as it’s late in the night was almost holding me to ransom. 2. The annoyance of the host didn’t stop there. On day 2, it was raining in Venice and the temperature dropped to 6-7 degrees. I contracted the host and asked her about heating it which her reply was that “ the municipal authority in Venice doesn’t allow to start hearing in April month”. I searched online but couldn’t find anything to prove this. She however mentioned that I can start AC with high temperature. I tried to do it and it didn’t work. I had my 3 year old toddler who was sick due to the weather. I again contacted her and asked her to

  : A lovely apartment with lots of space. We where 4 adults staying for 4 nights. The location was great and host was lovely.
  : It was a weird smell in the apartment, they had made a good intent to cover with fragrance which we appreciated but it still came threw from time to time. This is however common in Venice so nothing that sinks our stay.

  : Before the travel the host always replied my questions quickly, she was so helpful. The meeting point was the closest vaporetto stop, the lady came within a 15 minutes to gave us the key and show the apartment. The location was perfect or more because it was just 200 m from the Rialto bridge. The house was in a tipical Venetian narrow street. The apartment was as same as we saw on the photos, everything is almost new and all the facilieties made our stay comfortable. The windows looks onto a small canal which is connected to the Grand Canal. It was really a venetian feeling that our house stand in water.
  : Perhaps it is not the owner's fault that in the whole staircase and mainly in the bathroom we smelled canal odor what was a bit annoying sometimes. if they can repair this problem the apartment is more than super.

  : It was a lovely property. Big enough for the five of us to stay comfortably. Great location. A short walk to Bridge Realto.
