  : Spacious rooms and two bathrooms were convenient for us, family of 6. Boat stop, grocery and attractions were walking distances.
  : 1. Entrance to property was unmaintained, dirty ally. Once we entered, the door, it was dark and light in the corridor was turning off like it's motion sensor based. First experience was to pass through this dirty entrance, climb up steep stairs, trying to workout lock box while lights were going on/off. Kids were scared. Took some time to figure out there was a light switch outside property. Would do good if entrance to apartment is more appealing and lights are properly labelled or redesigned. Someone coming there first time won't figure out all these along with lock box , stairs and location. 2. Some super engineered windows in property. ACs were working in evening and suddenly closed mid night. These were remote controlled ACs and couldn't figure out what happened suddenly while they were on moments back. No support in night so slept without AC. Next morning , while talking to them, found , one window opened slightly as a towel was hanging on the handle. This instruction was given to ensure windows need to be closed but what made it confusing that it was fine in evening and it stopped abruptly. Realized, due to towel handing on window door handle, it opened very slightly with weight later. Felt like champ after discovering this but I didn't book myself for such things after paying premium prices.3. We were instructed to take garbage to nearby location ( with fixed timings) to dump after the stay else pay fine. Seriously ? If some one is staying for longer duration, it makes sense for them to clean up garbage regularly, however, asking guests to do it at the end of stay while you are charging cleaning fees is not fair.

  : The cleanilessness of the apt. The location was good.
  : The street address is not actually found on street name provided. We had to stop and ask and found it was located in an alley with another street name.
