  : 25-30 minutes from Venice by bus (bus leaves when the driver decides never in time :D), 40-45 minutes by tram.Well equipped rooms (hair dryer, fridge).
  : Stayed 3 nights and if cleanliness is important to you then this isn't your place to stay. Unfortunately the room had a very bad sour smell (like piss). The room was dirty, it was dusty and I found old tissues under my bed and the desk was sticky, the towel looked and smelled clean but had brown spots on it :( I asked the reception to clean the dust under my bed (as I have a dust allergy) before I left for Venice, when I got home they told me it was done but it wasn't so I ended up asking for a bucket and mop and cleaned it myself.There are only Italian channels on TV.At least the shower and toilet were clean. ;)

  : Good value for money. The room was modest, but clean. Same for the bathroom. We needed this accommodation for one night, so it was good.

  : The proximity of bus station that takes you to the center of Venice in 20 min for 1,5eur. The room is quite clean, there is a parking.
  : The AC does not work well, so the room is very stiffy, staff is not very nice (eg when you enter in the evening they do not greet), to leave the car there for a couple more hours after check out you have to pay 7 eur (it was free last year!), the rooms looking on the street are very loud - we slept poorly due to that. The bed consists of two mattresses that keep moving, consequently there is a hole in between them.
