  : The staff were really helpful, there is a lovely roof terrace with wonderful views. The room was clean and comfortable. The sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away and there is a beach cafe within about a 10 min walk. Venice Lido is very easily accessible using the vaporetto.
  : We were slightly out of season and the air conditioning wasn't on in our room. The area at the end of the road looked a bit run down but we would happily visit again.

  : Hotel is in a nice location, near the sea. Hotel were clean, rooms are perfectly tidy. Thank you for that. Cleaners seemed constantly busy and hardworking. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful. Checkin was easy. However we had a big issue with restaurant staff and hygiene. Since our bad experience in the evening, we tried to have just pre packed crackers and coffee during our breakfast.
  : Since I booked this hotel, I kept receiving nice promotional emails about their amazing restaurant, roof terrace etc. Thus we decided to have an evening meal in a restaurant. It was a big mistake. In Italy they charge coperto that includes bead and service charge. Our bread basket contained some slices of baguette that were smeared in someone elses food (probably from the breakfast), when I pointed it out to the man serving it, he picked up that bread licked it to check what kind of food is on it, then he placed that slice back into the bread basket. I was almost sick seeing such behaviour. Instead of an apology, he started shouting at us, saying that he doesnt care. Then when the bill arrived, coperto charge was bigger than on the menu, when I pointed it out, I got more screams at me and my son. You would expect that after serving dirty bread, the coperto charge would be taken out of the bill, not increased. It was just a mental, sickening experience. For the fried sea food mix, I was ensured that it will include some fish, however I only got some rubbery calmary rings, all the food was cooked from frozen, nothing fresh. Some meals were undercooked. It left us with upset stomachs. Interestingly that reception staff didnt seem surprised about lack of hygiene in the restaurant and asked me to leave a bad review, so according to them something can be done.

  : The hotel itself is a nice stay. It's a nice location if you're planning on staying in Lido, and the room itself doesn't feel small and was regularly cleaned and re-stocked, which was greatly appreciated. This place would be nice to stay in in the summer as it is right by the beach.
  : The walls are extremely thin in the hotel, which lead to us being able to hear literally anyone walking above us and the people in the room next to us which felt extremely annoying. On top of that, we felt like we were put in a back room that we accessed through what felt like a staff's passageway (massive piles of towels on the floor and cleaning carts abandoned in the hallways) Also to note that it's not the hotels fault in the slightest however there is a 9.50 charge per person on the "water bus" tickets which you will need to buy to get from and to lido each time you visit venice which can be extremely inconvenience.

  : Reception team very friendly. Bed comfortable and room very clean. This is my priority. Restaurant food mains were very good.
  : Desserts were just ok. Restaurant service efficient but not particularly friendly. Perhaps due to language barrier only.

  : The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and restaurant as well. The family apartment for 5 people is superb. Tha vies from both that room and the double room with sea view are great. Comfortable beds.
