  : It was very good value for money! Nice and clean place in a perfect location (near S. Marco). I had a single room with shared bathroom, but it was shared with only room, it was very clean and safe. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and water in the public area, which was very convenient. And the two terraces on the top floor was a very nice surprise (WiFi worked even there, good for working mornings).

  : The location was great. It was surprisingly calm with a great view from our room a really cozy and delicious breakfast with fantastic croissants a perfect start for your exploration of Venice.
  : The only thing that wasn't really comfortable was the separate bathroom and toilet.

  : It's in the middle of Venice, very close to all the main attractions. Piazza San Marco is a 2 minute walk.The staff is very, very friendly! Our room was just right for 3 persons but there are some outdoor (and indoor) seating areas if you need more space. I've been in 3 star hotels that were far worse than this 1 star hotel. Airconditioning was working fine.
  : There is no elevator but that was no problem, maybe that's what's causing the one star?

  : The location is superb!As i am travelling with my two kids (symmetrien)we just go around the center in the morning and then go back to our hotel whenever it becomes Too hot outside or when the kids are tired so it is very convenient location for us.The breakfast was ok,simple,bread,ham,yoghurt and juice,Coffee/Tea No warm dishes.The staff are also helpful and so accommodating!
  : The breakfast was the same everyday,same bread,ham drinks,so third morning the kids just dont like it anymore,maybe a little variation every other day Will be better.The AC in the room(i think its Too old)was dropping so much water that i need to put towels on the floor so the floors dont get wet.
