: The location and the size of the apartment were great. The rooms were good sized, with plenty of bedding.
: Apartment wasn't very clean. Dirty dishes, stains on Kitchen walls. Google maps does not take you to the correct building so finding the right building took a few minutes. Small TV, Prices were much higher than Rome, not sure why. 70 euro cleaning fee but apartment wasn't clean for us.

: The location was perfect -in a quiet square in the Sestriere San Polo (neighbourhood) but a 5-10 minute walk away from very lively areas (Campo San Stin or Campo San Giacomo da l'Orio), key attractions (Rialto Bridge and Canal Grande) and several terminals of the ferry (San Stae, Riva de Biasio, Rialto Mercato)Several nice restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Great bakery/brasserie (MAJER S.Agostino) next door for morning cappuccino and croissants.Very clean, large apartment with enough space for the children to play and chase each other. Nice fluffy duvets and comfy beds. Well-finished apartments.Easy self check-in. Good quality-price ratio for Venice.
: - The apartment is large, but due to the space, tiled floors and few/small pieces of furniture, it felt quite cold. Perhaps adding some carpets or a larger table -or raising the heating a few degrees, could help with this. - The garbage disposal system is a bit of a nightmare, with specific days, locations and timeslots to bring your different kinds of waste. It is not the apartment management's fault, this is the system in Venice. It would be nice for guests if the management/cleaning personnel could take care of it on the guests' departure.
