  : The wardrobes are very high, but you soon get the hang of lifting the hangers up and down with a pole, which was actually quite fun.

  : What a romantic room. You get the full Venice experience when you book this accommodation. It is clean, cozy and playful. View on the canal while eating a croissant from the recommended Rosa Salva patisserie was a highlight. In general we got some great recommendations on what to do in the city from the lady who showed us the room, very kind staff. The location is just amazing. You can walk to everything. We also walked from the train station to the hotel (we didn't have much luggage, though). The room included tea, coffee, juices and packaged croissants as a little breakfast which was nice as well. We could also store our luggage in the restaurant downstairs after checking out which we appreciated very much.
  : As other reviews already mentioned, the mattress is not comfy, you can feel the springs a lot. But we knew this beforehand and still enjoyed the accommodation as everything else is great and really worth the money.

  : very good location, close to St. Mark's Square and Rialto, very nice and comfortable room, bottle of Prosecco offered to welcome us, great!
  : big negative point: it is not the fault of the hotel but the noise of the blower that we heard every night starting up every 5 minutes. If you add to this the noise of the motorboats that pass through the canal very early in the morning, the quality of sleep can be affected.

  : The whole experience was lovely. We loved the opulent decor, the impeccable cleanliness of the room, the very thoughtful snacks and croissants for breakfast (even though technically there is no breakfast included with the stay), the selection of teas and a full-size kettle provided. Whole bath with great water pressure was nice. The common area with large table and a window sill/nook looking out to the canal, just amazing. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic too.
  : The mattress was just a little too springy and firm. As a host myself, I understand mattresses are a big expense but if the bed was more comfortable, this would be a 10 out of 10 stay no questions asked!

  : Unfortunately there were bed bugs that made our skin full of rashes which is common I guess in the area.
