  : The location of this property is lovely. It's in a very quiet area but just a few minutes walk from the Grand Canal in either direction, closer to the Arsenale than to Saint Mark's Square with good restaurants used by locals as well as tourists and shops close by. If you arrive by water taxi from the airport, you can step off opposite the door! We particularly loved the roof terrace which was sunny and a super place for lunch or sundowners. On arrival we were met by Max who gave us excellent information about our surroundings. The kitchen is well equipped and all the crockery, cutlery, glasses are nice quality and it was all very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hanging and storage space available in the bedrooms.
  : The street door was very difficult to open with the keys we were given (very pleased we had not collected keys ourselves as we would have assumed they were the wrong ones!), and we would have liked a little more information on how to work the cooker and when and where to put out the rubbish/recycling. There were quite a few light bulbs which needed replacing around the apartment but these are very minor points as we greatly enjoyed staying there and the apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable.

  : When we lived in the apartment, the power would be cut off without using any other high-power electrical appliances. It happened six times in two nights. However, the landlord did not plan to send someone to solve it, so we had to keep running up and down to turn on the switch. Their staff would lie and cheat the customers. We drove here and the accommodation fee included free parking. However, when we got out of the parking, the free parking card was not available. Their employees originally said that they would refund the money to us, but they repeatedly refused to do so after we left, insisting that it was not their fault and there was no integrity.If you have to live in this apartment, you should have the power supply running down at any time, dirty towels and curtains that cannot block the light, and there may be other equipment that cannot be used, which is not recommended.
