  : The location is great and it's good value for money. The rooms are fairly spacious and the guy at reception was very laid back and friendly. Good communication and cleanliness.
  : It was a little hard to find and there was only one set of keys per room, which was a bit impractical for a group of friends like ours. Otherwise great.

  : PLEASE read this review if you’re considering staying here!!! first all it was extremely difficult to find, the landlord had misunderstood us about the arrival time so he received us screaming and shouting when we arrived. We even had to pay 10 euros(!!) extra because he thought we would come in the morning and we had to pay for that. After simple questions he got so angry that he got his hands in his hair (while he is bald) and we were called names and cursed at in Italian. Second of all, we are not at all pleased with the rooms, we could not walk on the floor because of all the dust. the beds were hard and the tables were sticky (you couldn't put something on the tables without it sticking to them, I see reviews about this from years ago but he still doesn't change that). it was a creepy apartment and the shared bathrooms were dirty, plus the shower was broken causing the shower head to spray all over the floor, the whole floor was wet like we were in a public swimming pool and we had to fix it with towels just so everything wouldn’t look like it has been raining inside. I see the landlord is responding to all the bad reviews so I'm curious, but don't worry we will never come back here! worst experience ever

  : Location was so central, perfect for exploring Venice.
  : The shared bathroom got a very wet floor. Not the fault of the staff, but some mats in there may help other guests not slip on someone’s shower remains!

  : central location. room cuter than the common parts of this apartment poorly transformed into tourist rental.
  : common bathrooms need complete renovation (one of them is not useable anyways) extremely noisy, we hear every small conversation in adjacent rooms plus the noise of this very busy street (window 1st floor on the street)

  : Very nice location
  : The barhrooms were full of hair and kinda dirty. After coming to location we needed to wait 20 minutes to someone in order to check-in. Afterwards we needed to wait another 20 minutes because the host did not have access to booking.com database. The huge no no was the fact that host took photo of our IDs by his unsecure phone - this is contrary to GDPR and we will proceed this to relevant authority.

  : they dont have 24 hours reception, its extremely difficult to check in at night, you have to call a number, and they even put out a wrong number so we waited for hours outside at night not knowing what to do
