  : The location is excellent, an easy 15 minute walk with luggage from the railway station, only one bridge to cross and relatively easy to find. Fantastic supermarket, a Despar in Teatro Italia within 100m, fish stall at the Guglie Bridge for great fresh fish tue to sat. Excellent cafes and restaurants on Fondamente Ormessini, two minutes away... Try the legendary Paradiso Perduto.. All facilities are excellent with a very comfortable bed... Cooking facilities etc, but we didn't use the dishwasher so can't comment on that... Certainly felt like home after a few days.It is amongst residential homes so you need to respect that..All in all, highly recommended.
  : We were the for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it but needed to do some laundry. Having the washing machine was great but there is no facility to hang the clothes to dry.

  : Good location, in a very quiet courtyard, away from the madness of St Mark's and the central tourist zones. Lots of space to spread out in. Good Spar food store local too.
  : Shower wasn't great - overly technical (elaborate hydrotherapy style) and weak water flow - due to overhead nozzle blocked or broken. Only one sofa in the living room means not very practical for more than two to sit in the space. Recycling instructions are confusing.
