  : Precheck in instructions were nice and detailed - everything we needed to know were provided in the guestbook and everything we wanted to know was coursed through Rachele who was very responsive with our queries. On the day of our arrival (it was our first time in Venice), Giacomo was the one who contacted us and met with us at the water bus ports. He was very responsive and helpful. He even helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The place was nice, spacious and accessible - just a few steps from the Rialto bridge. It was well stocked with condiments, laundry needs and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for use in the bathroom. There was an iron and washing machine which really helped us since we were traveling multiple countries. Beds and pillows were soft and blankets were sufficient for the cold. There was an AC in each room. Bedrooms were not noisy as some would claim and we had a good nights sleep each time.
  : Since we were travelling with luggage and a relative with difficulty with stairs, the stairs were a bit of an issue - about 2.5 flights of steep stairs.
