  : Clean, perfect location away from the crowds of St Marks Sq. but a 5 min water bus away ( which runs frequently). Lots of local restaurants with fab food.
  : Think air con only in living area ( but could be wrong, please check if important).

  : The location is excellent, the apartment is modern and quite practical for a family. The communication with the hosts was excellent and they quickly and efficiently showed us the apartment after welcoming us at our arrival. No time was wasted
  : Whilst the apartment is modern and generally comfortable you do not want to spend time in it. Small windows with a view at a back yard one gets the feeling it lacks luminosity. The apartment is "full IKEA" style, has zero charm. Also no cleaning equipment was available and at the end of 3 days of going in an out the apartment got dirty. Venice is expensive and so is this apartment for what it offers, cannot say it is "value for money", very expensive but still for a family of 4 affordable choices are extremely limited in Venice
