: These apartments were true to the pictures presented and location described. Off the high tourist area which made for peaceful sleeping. Both apartments were spacious and suitable for our family of 6. Towels provided were nice and big.
: These apartments were NOT clean. Being older buildings is no excuse for a lack of cleanliness - a cleaning service is being used (and we as users are charged a fee for this service) however a full cleaning is required. A squashed mosquito by the headboard with someone's blood, mold between the shower doors, dirt sweepings shoved under the beds and carpets does not consist of proper cleaning! Also, not an adequate supply of soap and toilet paper was provided for each apartment. These are basic items that should always be provided if you are charging for your spaces - without fail.

: The welcome, location, and generally a very nice apartment for the price.
: One thing - my expectations were too high to begin with because of the photo on the listing of the lovely attic room with the wooden floor. As this turned out not to be our apartment, this was a little disappointing, but only due to the high expectations. If I hadn't seen that picture on the listing and thought that was our apartment it would probably have exceeded our expectations.

: A great location away form the touristy areas but only a short walk from the Fondamente Nove. Easy access to Lido and Murano etc from here. A short walk to Rialto around 10 mins and 20 mins to St Marks. A short walk to the Nova Strada gives you a choice of bars, restaurants and super markets. I lived here for a whole month and the apartment was amazing, great kitchen and cooking pots and a washing machine.
: I did bump my head a couple of times on the sloping ceiling but soon got used to it. If you are really tall it might not be great for you.
