  : the location was what we expected
  : The apartment did not in any way resemble the photographs posted. Although the apartment was ok as a base, customers should be aware that with benson apartments you won't get what you expect. Guess what, its not as nice as the photos posted. We had to collect the keys from palazzo pissani. Then had to follow a porter across the square and down a dark alley. He had a bit of trouble finding the correct door. We would recomend an apartment in Venice and will book another in the future, next time we will ensure we get what we view online.
