  : boutique style hotel which was had a small reception area and right next to it was a small breakfast/bar area. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Bathroom was lovely and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Private taxi to Murano was a nice touch although at Murano they did try to get you to visit the glass factory. We would have done this if we had time and the people werent pushy. We had a balcony room overlooking the canal but in all honesty spent little time on it. Would have saved a bit if we hadnt booked the canal view. The reality is we were hardly in our room. Hotel was in a good location. Approximately 15 mins walk to San Marco Plaza, 20 to Rialto bridge and 25/30 to train station. We enjoyed walking so it was good to wander round the city. Only 2/3 minute walk to closest boat stop.
  : Air conditioning unit didnt seem to work properly although we never questioned this. Tv in the room was small and limited English channels but again we hardly watched it.

  : Amazing! We came here first last year and loved it and if met our expectations again. Staff were lovely, both at the desk and during breakfast, the location was wonderful, perfect walking distance to all the places of our interest, and very close to a airport waterboat and the water buses throughout the city. The room was large and had everything we wanted with a gorgeous view to go with it! Will be coming back 1000%
  : The AC didnt work, so our room was constantly in 24-26 degrees which was uncomfortable, we opened the windows which helped.

  : Location was really great and our room faced the canal. Close to several restaurants and quick walk from a few major bridges 15-20 minutes to St. Marco's and Rialto Breakfast included and delicious!

  : Great location on a quiet canal, but with easy access to St Marks, and with good places to eat and drink close by. Lovely quiet rooms, and super helpful staff.
