  : I was traveling without internet access prior to my stay so didn’t get email/info about city tax until just before arriving, so that was a little stressful. Also directions to the property were not very clear.

  : Easy and fast communication with host, had clear instructions on the main level front gate and the lockbox for the apartment keys. Was able to store luggage for early arrival and after checkout. Very clean and spacious apartment. Very good central location. A/C worked well,
  : Wish the host had contacted me earlier, not just one day before my arrival, to ask for my passport info and to pay for the city tax, which is required for checkin (I had to do it by rushing the info and figuring out how to pay online using their weblink, which doesn't accept my Canadian VISA or Mastercard - apple pay was ok). My kids found their bed to be too firm (our bed was ok), and pillows a bit too thin. Rooms were located over a busy street, so at nights you could hear some of the louder people talking and singing.

  : What breakfast?
  : Upon arrival we were requested to pay extra for a third person. I showed my Booking.com confirmation from when I booked for 2 adults and a child. I paid 266.67 Euros for three people (please refer my booking). We were forced to pay an extra 35 Euros in cash for no “extra bed”. The apartment already had the beds for 2 people in a double bed, and the existing couch for our son. We would like to be reimbursed 35 Euro please. I await your contact. Thank you. The host said this happens all the time, but I got the impression they are deliberately over charging and skimming extra cash off customers. This doesn’t reflect well on Booking.com that we have used for many years.
