: The location is ideal, especially if you want to visit the Biennale exhibition. The apartment is just perfect for 2/3 people and there's a nice separation between upstairs and downstairs areas. We only stayed one night but could easily see staying for longer, the place has everything you need and is great value for money considering average Venice prices.

: First of all the owner sent me a message for 50 minutes before the check-in telling me that there is a possibility that he has to cancel the booking because of the boiler got broken and he told me would be a miracle if he will be able to fix it after all that he told me that the miracle worked at 2 PM (the time we had to do the check-in ).The house was dirty. Dead mosquitoes stuck on the wall from the people who stayed they before me also infested with live insects. The plates had food stuck on it l. Washing machine was going and makes alot of noise. The lights of the bedroom if you can highly . Absolutely horrible never will again. Worst of my life.

: A very good location, quite close to San Marco Square.It's a mix of old and new.It's a decent house, where you have almost everything you want and where you can feel at home.
: It smells slightly of mold.The lack of a railing for the interior stairs is a danger.
