: Space and cleanliness. Close to the Piazzale Roma drop off so could walk from the bus, close enough to main attractions so everything within 15 to 30 minutes walk
: No tea towels or any welcome pack, getting in at near midnight with no drinking water or milk (probably a British thing). It would have been nice to have had a few things in place so we could have a drink or something to eat on arrival.

: The location was awesome, we walked pretty much everywhere. It was a pretty good place to stay.
: Getting in was a little tricky as we had to use the phone number that is connected to booking.com to call a number that opened the door - this was a little tricky because we had travel sims in with different numbers. The place was a bit dirty and the dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and there was a lot of mold in the shower. The host waited till half way through our stay to check us in and send us the link to pay for the property tax and was messaging on Whatsapp stressing the urgency while we were out and about. It would have been nice for this to have been done on the day we arrived instead. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here.
