  : The apartment is superbly located, very comfortable, decorated to a high standard with a lift (elevator) from the ground floor directly to the apartment front door. The views over the canals are amazing. San Marco is a short walk away as is Academia. The La Fenice theatre is right at the entrance way as is a very nice restaurant too. A genuine 10/10 location without question.
  : Electrical apparatus issues marred the experience somewhat. Some of the electrical equipment hasn’t worked for a very long time. The dishwasher and the washing machine have been disconnected and we were told not to attempt to use them on arrival. The hob in the kitchen does work, but can be truculent and require an electrical reset now and then. It didn’t ruin our stay, but would have been better if the listing for the apartment was more accurate in this regard. The electrical supply can trip out when using say a hairdryer and the hob at the same time. A tad frustrating but not a show stopper by any means. We enjoyed our stay despite this.

  : Great location, superb view from the windows, the ideal place for a short romantic stay in Venice, well equipped kitchen. Good value for money spent. Highly recommend.
  : The apartment needs a little more cleaning. I would advice the owner to get rid of all the junk stashed there, to make it an even better place to stay.

  : The apartment was a great find. Located near San Marco Square, it is near some great shopping and restaurants, as well as La Fernice theatre - this means you have everything you need on the doorstep. The aprtment is quiet with lovely views of the canals and boats which come along the canal too.
