  : The location of the apartment is great, behind San Marcos. It has a very nice terrace for the summer, but the apartment will undoubtedly be hot. Important, there are many stairs to climb, this is common in Venice but it must be taken into account.
  : A bit run down and can improve cleaning. The entrance of the building very dirty and neglected. There is no furniture in the kitchen and the microwave was placed in the bedroom... The sofa bed was too old and difficult to open, it was opened by Michele who received us. It all seemed a bit improvised. The heating worked very well, but the apartment is cold. They have a rule with garbage that did not happen to us in any other place in Venice, and we have been there many times. They should take care of this issue and not burden the client with going to leave the garbage in a raft that is not close, etc.

  : Location and host.
  : Mosquitoes bite all the time, air conditioner is not working. Location is good but church nearby can't give you good sleep because of the bells. Restaurants downstairs make noise at night with cleaning and it is hard to sleep.
