  : No breakfast offered at all, no one to be found to ask about it and no one responding to messages? The sofa bed is very uncomfortable.

  : The accomodation is 10 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and 5 minutes to Rialto. An excellent spot to visit heart of Venice.The house is spacious, two baths, a small kitchen and good sleepeing conditions in the bedrooms.Matteo, the host is very nice and offering excellent info. Very good communication even before our arrival with nice hints about parking place and how to reach the location. Also Matteo colleague promtly answered the phone when we call to anounce our arrival. Grazie Mille per tutto!
  : As others travelers said, the couch in the living is not in a good conditions and requires a change.Also the kitchen smell (due to the fact that is closed with some doors has a pregnant smell and needs to be refreshed).

  : Staff wasn’t available during the day to help with small requests. For international travelers best to register phone in WhatsApp so users can contact the property owner and staff easily!

  : The apartment was on the 4th floor, which is not mentioned in the booking description and there is no elevator!They checked us in and vanished! We checked multiple times and called multiple times no one helped us!Do not even think that anyone can sleep on that sofa bed!
