  : Apartment is located on the first floor of old Venice house just next to one of canals, approx.10 minutes walk from St.Marco. There are two big bedrooms with queen’s beds, big salon with kitchen annex and spacious bathroom. Supermarket is just on the other side of canal, which was very comfortable for breakfast shopping, there are also restaurants and cafes 5 minutes walk from the apartment.Kitchen is equipped with everything you needfor preparing a meal, also mokka for coffee was there. Bedrooms have also big closets, where you can keep your stuff during the stay. It was clean, contact with host was quick.We had wonderful stay.

  : the paintings of the walls. It was close to San Marco(8-10min walk).
  : It wasn’t that clean. The apartment looks nice only in pictures. It everything very used and it was very cold in the first night until the house got warmer. The beds are not very confy.

  : The location of the apartment is very close to the city center but still is very quiet.
  : It looks more spacious on the pictures then in reality. The water in shower didn’t drain properly so the bathroom was full of water. Wi-Fi works only in the living room/kitchen.

  : the apartment is very nice, although some of the reviews initially created some concerns. yes, it’s not the biggest apartment, but in my opinion was very good for 4 people and one kid. kitchen had everything you needed (pots, plates, glasses etc).
  : the mattresses are indeed not the best, but you live with it, it wasn’t a big problem for us.

  : The location is excellent. You can walk to the main attractions in Venice. The rooms are not street facing so there is no noise at night if you're a light sleeper. Both rooms have AC as well as the living room - much needed in the summer.
  : For the price I paid the apartment felt too cramped. There is a flat Euro 20 charge is you arrive at the property after 6 PM (we arrived at 6:09 PM due to train delays). I thought 20 Euro was too steep considering it was less than 10 minute delay, but even if I requested a waiver the host did not budge. Even though there are 3 ACs there is only one working remote control, this means if you want to change the AC settings in the middle of the night you have to keep moving from room to room. In some cases when we switched off the AC in one room, the AC in the other room also switched off. The living room AC leaked the first time we used it. Venice has a very complicated trash collection system where different trash is collected on different days. We were informed to throw away our trash before check-out which is at 11 AM. The trash is collected only until 9:30 AM. If you have to throw something away after 9:30 AM, were we expected to take it to the airport with us? I never stressed about garbage disposal on a vacation so much. I think going for a hotel would be a better option than an apartment in Venice.
