: Really nice once you get into the property. A little tricky to find. Breakfast was great and the staff were so nice. Our room was huge, a little odd but it worked.
: The AC wasnt available which was a bummer since we had a small window with no screens. Shower didnt work that well.

: Beautiful decor. Perfect location for walking wherever we needed to go. Staff were superbly helpful without being too much in your space.
: An outdoor area overlooking the grande canal would have been excellent but I know its not infeasible. So it wasnt a dislike more of a wish. We would have wanted to spend more time at the property.

: Friendly and helpful staff, in particular Giovani and the reception manager who was helpful through out the stay.. Clean hotel but very quiet. An easy 10-15 mins walk to Rialto Bridge and a further 10mins to Marco Square.....good walk for people who prefer to get their steps in! Good access to the boat station 'S.Stae'.
: The hotel wasn't easy to locate as it was hidden deep in an alley way. Needs more lighting in that area and clear signs to the hotel. Scafolding on buidling was disappointing and visibly ugly. The breakfast was a buffet, but we were served by the dining staff- I didn't quite understand the logic of this, nor was it explained upon arrival. There were no other restrooms in the reception area apart from the the one restroom at the entry of the reception hall.
