  : I really liked the location.Easy and flexible check in and check out self service.Helpful and good communication with staff, although no option for urgent matters like no hot water in the evening (which happened to us, where the next day response is not good enough).
  : Bedding -only sheets were provided not the duvet covers. I found it uncomfortable and disgusting. Double bed made of 2 single mattresses- it was all moving apart.There was no hot water or heating on our last night. I had apology and explanation next day, but no use of it when we were already checked out and far away.After paying for booking (non refundable), which includes £50 cleaning fee, you are informed that you are responsible for getting rid of all the rubbish from the property (they provide you with the map, weekly timetable + warning about enormous fines if not done). You are also expected to clean the kitchen and the dishes, which I believe normal person would do anyway, but I would also expect the cleaning service should make sure everything is cleaned properly. Unfortunately this was not the case. We came for 3 days, paid £50 for cleaning charge and done half of the job ourselves before and after use.Generally, everything in the property was as described, but more like a "tick a box" service e.g.: washing machine yes, but I cannot imagine using it; wardrobe- yes but already loaded with bedding, hoover, mops, spares etc; TV- yes, but in the place, you would not be comfortable watching; sofa- yes, but falling apart.Well, this is the place you come, leave your belongings and go out to explore Venice. When you come back late and tired, the place is ok.

  : Apartment poorly cleaned, no bedding, only a sheet, the sink in the kitchen splashes around, no right amount of toilet paper and dish liquid, clogged drain in the sink, you have to go far to throw garbage 500 meters, only in the morning, in the description there was a dishwasher and a coffee machine that was not there. No garbage bags. Short check-out time, until 10.00 am. Dirty sofa.
