  : We arrived saturday 22 okt. at three p.m. The room was cold in temperature and it had a cold interior with only one comfortable sitting chair. We asked for putting on some heat, but got an answer that it was because of the Ukraine War and the High electrical costs. This is not right - the room was expensive and we paid total 1.350 euro. After one day the host came with another bill for 32 euros... This we cannot understand since everything was already included in the first payment. Have checked prices for this room now, what it costs from 1 nov. 4 days and the price is kr 10.380, included tax and expenses. we paid kr.13897 + extra expenses. The floor in the room was supposed to be wooden, but it was stone. The mosquito net was not in good shape since we got bitten many times. A lot of mosquitos that disturbed our stay/sleep. The room had only one comfort-chair and the shared lobby was not inviting or practical. The positive things one can say is that the room was very clean + good beds and quiet. Soderini has a very good location and close to the Art Biennale which was our goal.

  : I am very disappointed, as I did not receive the refund of the deposit of 200 euros, although I reminded the owner several times and although everything was ok on my side, as the owner confirmed. I have never met such dishonest owner so far.
