  : Bathrooms are tiny. See through curtains meant we had to shut the external wooden shutters for some privacy. Would have been a lot easier with some black out curtains

  : The apartment is very well located just round the corner from San Rocco Church so within easy reach of all main attractions and only a 10 minute walk from the bus and train terminals. The facilities in the flat are good, it's well equipped. Beds are comfortable. View is real Venice. Really big rooms, but bathrooms are a little tight. They are fine for 1 however and no issues taking a shower.
  : The AC is poor. It was 30 degrees during the day and the room was just unbearable. It's a little noisy at night but not so bad, it is very close to a busy thoroughfare so to be expected. That's the price for being so central. The key pick up was a bit of a farce and you can only pay cash, not card despite what Booking.com says.

  : Location was good apartment was big
  : That you have to pay cash, paint was peeling off the shower floor and walls they told me the ac was not working until I told them I was checking out the next day. And Suddenly the air conditioning started working It wasnt the heat factor it was the noise factor very noisy without it.
