  : Very friendly staffs. Although we had to leave the B&B before the designated check-out time, the staffs prepared breakfast boxes for us early in the morning.
  : Nothing special. Likely it took time to access the centre of touristic sightseeing spots, but we cannot complain about it. We enjoyed the way to go by seeing historical and beautiful scenes in Venice.

  : The room was very tastefully decorated, with outré chandeliers and bare brick. The bathroom looked quite newly done, very modern and clean. The street can be kind of noisy but the shutters keep out most of the sound and light, and it is a very compact city after all. All the staff we came into contact with were so friendly and helpful, and they even left us some Prosecco and snacks as it was my husband’s birthday trip! We loved the area, much less touristy than the San Marco area with some lovely friendly bars and restaurants.
  : The bed was kind of hard and the pillows too high and solid for my personal preference. Also it was a choice between 2 single beds pushed together or a sofa bed. This is really being picky though, it was a wonderful stay and very reasonably priced.

  : Loved our room, loved our breakfast!!! There was a beautiful selection every day. We loved eating outside on the beautiful patio every am. Our coffee was the best! YUM.
  : The fake smell plug ins when we walked in the room. They are not healthy to be breathing in for anyone. Thank you for considering to remove them from all rooms.

  : Very big and clean two story apartment, loved the furniture. Cool area with nice bars and restaurant around. The breakfast was not huge but the perfect start to explore Venice (had croissant, ham, eggs, cheese, bread, jam, joghurt, juice, cereal - really the only thing missing was maybe fruit if someone prefers)If the weather is better, you can even eat outside in the small backyard which looks really relaxing!

  : Comfy bed and great location. Matteo was very helpful and gave us good restaurant tips. Breakfast was nice.
  : The electric system was a bit strange. Lights in the hall didn’t work when we came home in the evening darkness. And a light in the room suddenly turned on in the middle of the night waking us in our sleep.
