  : Property is very nice, very clean, very comfortable, very good location for cannagerio area and for transport in venice and for train station. Nice view as i had the balcony room on the bridge view. The lady host is so adorable and she does her best to help.
  : It is a guesthouse. Not a hotel. I didn’t see that when i booked. So there is usually no one at reception. There are only stairs and no elevator and no reception or concierge to help. The lady host helped me on the arrival but no one to help when i left. Also i was shy to ask for her help cause i was worried she would hurt her back cause my luggage was very heavy. Location is noisy because of the boats loadings or unloading on the canal right by the guesthouse.Lady host was speaking only italian.

  : The location was superb - right on the canal. Restaurants nearby. Everything we needed. The staff was especially friendly and accommodating. Everything was beautifully decorated.
  : The a/c was loud and constantly running (even though it was not especially hot outside).

  : The property was perfect. Ran by the sweetest Italian lady. In a great location with many restaurants and easy to walk to main parts of Venice. Loved our stay here!

  : The location and facilities are amazing. Our bedroom window opened up to a canal view and there was a gorgeous little bar/ restaurant downstairs with a private outdoor courtyard under the vines - perfect for a quiet drink at the end of the day! Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed- absolutely everything you could need was provided.
  : We had a small issue checking in after hours that was probably at least partially consequential of a language barrier, but staff were very friendly and it was eventually resolved.

  : The location and our lovely lady host were both spectacular
  : The mattress could be improved, bigger bin, blanket in the cupboard if needed. A knife and bottle opener would have been good
