  : Beautiful quaint apartment very clean excellent facilities throughout. Staff were very kind and polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
  : Struggled on arrival to find entrance but other guests guided us. Cross over Bridge to green door and ring bell.

  : We had a wonderful stay. Suites alla Maddalena is located in a perfect area to get around on foot and water bus in Venice. We visited during carnival and our hotel was on the ground floor- it was so quiet inside you wouldn't even know there were tons of people walking by outside. The room was very cozy and clean. It was the perfect size for two people. We had a little view of the canal, fun to watch the gondolas pass by the room.
  : We did have ants in our room but they mostly hung out in the corners. The room was supposed to be non smoking but there was a cup of cigarette butts on the window sill when we arrived. There was also a kettle and cups for making tea and coffee in the room but tea, coffee, sugar or milk unfortunately.

  : Location is convenient for commuting through the city and there are some nice cafes right outside the hotel. Also, the building is historical and looks magnificent. It was extremely clean and of high quality with a pleasant interior and everything that was necessary. Despite the fact that it was on the ground floor and just near the canal, it was warm enough inside as the temperature regulator worked well. The common space looked cosy and had access to a balcony with a picturesque view.The receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant to communicate with. It was even more convenient to stay there due to the card system.
  : The wi-fi connection was almost not working during our stay. It might have something to do with the location on the ground floor, but it was causing some problems for us.Since the building is historical, there were no signs that the hotel is located there. At least some information about it would be helpful. Also, there is no reception on the inside, so the receptionist must rely on the camera outside when guests are coming. It makes communicating with the administration much more difficult. Moreover, we tried to call the number provided on the hotel's website to solve a problem with the internet, but no one answered us.
